Thanks for your interest in a business account with TD, Cleverton. We'd be happy to help!
In order to open a business account, the account signer(s) must visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process along with the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number. For a non-resident aliens opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification number for your business. To take a look at TD Stores you would like to visit please click here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Prior to visiting a Store, we suggest reviewing the types of business accounts. If you take a look here, https://go.td.com/1lWgAhe, the link shows the types of business checking accounts that we offer. Our web page can even make a selection based on your needs with the Business Checking Selector Tool: https://go.td.com/2qddtcK.
If you take a look here: https://go.td.com/1qKznyE the link shows the types of business savings account that we offer.
If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 855-278-8988. You could also click here: https://go.td.com/1z4dclm to fill in a form to request a call form a Small Business Banking Specialist.
We encourage you to reach out to the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip to determine if any additional documents are necessary for account opening.
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon, Cleverton. Thanks for considering TD!
