Thank you for visiting TD Helps today. We will be glad to assist you.
If you are currently a TD Bank Customer, you definitely want to take the advantage of our safe deposit box service. For just pennies a day, our Customers can securely store critical documents such as birth and marriage certificates, passports, citizenship papers, adoption, divorce and child custody papers, leases and other contracts, even computer files, digital photos and family DVDs from crashes and viruses.
Currently, many of our Stores have safe deposit boxes in various sizes and the annual rental fee is based on the size of the box. We suggest checking with your local TD Bank for safe deposit box availability, as this can vary by Store. Please find location and contact information for TD Bank Stores near you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that unlike deposits in Customer accounts, the FDIC does not insure contents of safe deposit boxes. Safe deposit boxes are owned by TD Bank and rented to our Customers.
Any additional questions you may have can also be answered by a friendly Customer Service Representative at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
