Thanks for the visit to TD Helps today, Bob!
First, noticing that you're writing to us from Mississauga, you may have meant to connect with our friends at TD Canada Trust. We'd like to inform you that you’ve reached TD Bank here in the U.S. No worries, though - we'd be happy to point you in the right direction!
We invite you to post your question here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr via the TD Canada Trust TD Helps page, or feel free to contact an agent there as well: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
In case your teen has an account with us here at TD Bank in the States, we'll be happy to advise you and this depends on the type of account they have.
If your teen is using our TD Go Card, you are more than welcome to view a bit more information here: http://bit.ly/1eSK0Du. This link will provide the TD Go Card Terms & Conditions, and you can check out the limits for ATM withdrawals using this card on page 5.
In case your teen has a TD Student Checking and is using a TD Bank Visa Debit card with their account, we'd like to let you know that this type of account has our standard limits. These are available here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ via our Personal Deposit Account Agreement on pages 43 and 44.
We invite you or your teen to call us with any questions, Bob! We're here for you 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or if you're in the States, check out our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for stopping by today and hope you have a great one!
