Thanks for getting in touch with us, Joseph! Great question, we'll be happy to respond.
TD Bank has placed limits on the amount available for transfers, for our Customers' protection as well as our own.
For the information on limits regarding this service, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (page 3, section 1.16). Your individual transaction limits are available once you log in to your TD Bank account online; please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. When you navigate to the Transfer tab and select the option to send a transfer, you can setup your transfer and then click on the 'information' icon to the right of the amount box. This will show you the information for your current monthly, daily, and per transaction limits. Generally, all customers are supplied with our Standard Limits for this service. Usually, if you have no Insufficient Funds occurrences for 90 Days (rolling), the limit is increased to our Higher Limit automatically at the discretion of the Bank.
If you find you have any questions about our Transfer services, you're more than welcome to contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562, or stop in at any nearby TD Bank Store by finding a location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this answers any questions you had, Joseph. Have a wonderful New Year!
