We appreciate your question on TD Helps today, Kina! Thanks for writing in and we'll be happy to discuss this with you.
First, we'd like to mention that it sounds like your account is enrolled in our optional TD Debit Card Advance feature.
If so, please note that this is an optional overdraft service we offer with our checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: http://bit.ly/1voNBCy for more details and also here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. As the amount you may be able to advance can fluctuate depending on your account specifically, we apologize that we're unable to provide you with a specific figure. We invite you to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
If your account is not enrolled in this service, Kina and you're inquiring about another form of overdraft protection you may have, you're also welcome to reach us as above and we can tell you more about your limits at that time.
We hope this clears it up a bit for you, Kina. All the best to you and enjoy your upcoming week.

Good afternoon, Angel.
Thanks for joining in on the conversation today.
It sounds as though your TD Bank Debit Card may be enrolled in TD Bank's discretionary overdraft service, TD Debit Card Advance. As our friend Kristen mentioned above, TD Debit Card Advance is a discretionary service, and because of this, we are unable to confirm if you may be able to overdraw your account again, and for how much.
However, if you'd like, you're more than welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, and they'll be more than happy to review your account with you. Banking Specialist can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to calling, you may also visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative, or you may also send us a secure message.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Thanks again for stopping by, Angel.
Have a great rest of your day.
