For your safety and security, withdrawal limits are placed on your ATM card. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 39 - 41) to view our Funds Availability Policy; which includes ATM limits. If you need to withdraw more than what is allotted, you have a few options for a limit increase.
You may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, send us a fax or send us a secure message through online banking requesting a limit increase. Please be advised that either method that you choose to raise your limit, the limit increase is only valid for 24 hours. If you'd like a permanent increase, please visit a Store during lobby hours. If you choose to send us a fax, you may do so 24/7. Please send our Fulfillment Team a fax with the following information to 856-534-1138:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
If you choose to send us a secure message through online banking, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select Send a message; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message, please include the information listed above in the fax option.
