Hi Ethan, thanks for stopping by on TD Helps.
The cost of your check order would be determined by the checking account type you have. Each account has its own features and benefits, and some accounts do offer free checks. Some accounts offer your first set of checks for free while other accounts offer a discounted price on your first order.
To find out if you are eligible for free checks, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by your local TD Bank to go over the features and benefits of our accounts with a Customer Service Representative. For Store hours and locations please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you'd prefer, you may also send us a secure message online. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions, Ethan.
We hope this information has helped, and we wish you a happy Holiday season.
