Good morning, Andrea and welcome to TD Helps.
We're pleased to inform you that you can shop with your TD Visa debit card at millions of locations that accept Visa across the globe. At this time, we do not charge foreign transaction fees when using your TD Visa debit card making purchases overseas, including England and France.
You can also make ATM withdrawals from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. Please note; each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, including international ATMs, a non-TD ATM fee may apply depending on your account type. For more information on our fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You also may be assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank. We'd like to share with you that we do have some deposit account products either will waive non-TD ATM fees or receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds. Please refer to the fee schedule provided above for more information.
We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
