Welcome to TD Helps, Monika! We'd be happy to help you check your savings account balance.
Your first option is to sign up for Online Banking by using the Self-Service feature. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security Number. Once you have that information handy, click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the enrollment process.
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit Card or if you run into any problems, please reach out to our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. You may also wish to visit us, during lobby hours, at any TD Store location for further assistance. For a list of hours and locations, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
You may also check your balance on the go by downloading our TD Bank Mobile App after you have enrolled in Online Banking. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and to send yourself the quick link to download the TD Bank Mobile App.
Another option to check your balance is to contact our automated system, by dialing the 24/7 number listed above and following the prompts. You will need your account number or your ATM/Visa Debit Card number to use the automated system. If you are a first time user, the automated line will ask for the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. The automated line will ask for your phone code if you are a returning user. If you have any trouble or you would like to speak to a live Representative, you are able to press "0" at any time.
If you have an ATM Card for your savings account or it is linked to your Debit Card, you are able to check your balance at an ATM. All you have to do is insert your Card, then provide your 4-digit PIN, and then press the "Balance inquiry" option. You can also use Non-TD ATMs to check your balance, for information on fees for Non-TD ATMs, check out http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Feel free use our Store Locator mentioned above to find a TD ATM near you.
As always, you are able to check your balance at any TD Store. Our Representatives will be happy to help.
We hope you find this information useful, Monika and have a good day.
