I withdrew $100 from a nonTD ATM. The withdrawal was $103 which I expected, but now I see an additional deduction of $3 on my account. Am I really being charged $6 for this transaction or is this an error?

Top of the morning, Linda.
Each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a Retail Customer at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would indeed be waived and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement cycle if you maintain a $2,500 minimum balance for the entire statement cycle. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee, as well as http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pg. 40-41) for more information on what type of fees to expect.
We hope this helps answer your question and have a nice day.
