Since your accounts are owned separately, we'd like to introduce you to our Person to Person Payments feature. For more information, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL.
To use this feature, you’ll need to be logged in to your Online Banking via our website at www.tdbank.com. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re logged in, you must enroll for Person-to-Person payments. To do so, you would select the tab that says “Person-to-Person Payments” at the top of your online banking screen. Then, you will be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email address and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will ask you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process.
Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send funds by clicking on "Send Money" and entering the requested information. You will need the recipient's email or mobile number, or their account information. If you choose to send the funds using an email address or mobile number, the recipient will get a link to accept the transfer. Otherwise, the funds will be directly deposited. Please note, you can select from either next day delivery or three day delivery option. Please keep in mind, next day delivery option will become available to you after 90 days of your first successful three day transfer and your account must be without any overdrafts in the past 90 days.
This feature is available for most personal checking and money markets accounts. To use these services you must have an Online Banking profile with a U.S. address, a unique U.S. phone number, an active unique e-mail address, and a Social Security number. Your eligible personal deposit account must be active and enabled for ACH transactions and Online Banking transfers. Please note, there are limits in place for your protection.
