Welcome to TD Helps, Jake. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account to assist you directly.
You are able to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Using this line, you're able to use our Automated System to obtain your balance. You will be asked for your account/debit card number as well as your phone code. If this is your first time using the automated system, your phone code would be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
If you have trouble or would like to speak to a Banking Specialist directly, press 0 at any time to be directed to a live Representative.
If you're on the go, feel free to stop at any TD Store or ATM. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We also offer Online and Mobile Banking to check your balances at home or on the go. To sign in to Online Banking, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
If you're not currently enrolled, you are able to enroll online by visiting here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address. Once you complete the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your accounts.
For our Customers on the go, you are also able to enroll in online access from your smartphone. You are able to learn more about our Mobile Banking App here: https://go.td.com/2gkUc4O. Simply download the App and select "Sign Up." The enrollment process using the Mobile App is almost identical to the enrollment process on the computer.
Please know that once signed up, your user name and password are used for both Online and Mobile Banking.
If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to us using the contact methods mentioned above.
We hope this helps, Jake. Have a good day.
