Hello Grace, welcome to TD Helps!
We are happy to inform you that we do provide the option to exchange Euros to US dollars. As the exchange rates are subject to change daily, you may call the location you chose for the information regarding the exchange rates. Please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD locations along with lobby hours.
To receive the latest exchange rates, we suggest calling TD International Services at 888-BNG-INTL (888-264-4685) or you can send an email by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1pvwJIu .
Just in case you did not have the information, we'd like to share with you the information needed to initiate your wire transfer. To initiate a domestic or international wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store.
To send a domestic wire you will need the name, address, and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN International Banking Account Number) you are sending the money to
· The full name, address, including city, state/province and country for the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind also that depending on the currency you are sending, some transactions may take longer than others. You may want to contact other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.
Please note there may be fees associated with foreign currency conversions along with wire transfers and we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more details. Please keep in mind that we do not process or disburse funds from the wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID and return them to the sender.
We hope this information is helpful Grace! Thanks for stopping by.
