Thanks for joining us today, Babara. We'd be happy to help you with a domestic wire.
In order to receive a wire to your account, you will need to provide the sender with the following instructions:
Wire to: TD Bank
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Credit To/Beneficiary: Your Full Name (exactly as we have it listed on your TD Bank account)
Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on your TD Bank account
Account#: Your full TD Bank account number
To initiate a domestic wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send a domestic wire you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
Keep in mind that transfer fees may apply, for our fee schedule follow this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
In regards to transfers, you are able to send funds from your TD account to individuals at other financial institutions by using our Person-to-Person Payments service
This feature is available to you by logging into your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process.
Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment! You will have two delivery options when sending a Person-to-Person payment; there is the three business day option and the next business day delivery. Please note, the next day delivery option is not available for savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, no worries! We have you covered. You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you have any trouble enrolling, feel free to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help set you up. Similarly you are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps, Babara and have a good night!
