I have a simple checking account. I already blocked the option of the overdraft as I didn't want to risk it. I'd rather my transaction be declined than paying thbe overdraft fee ($35 for overdraft and then $35 for paying it back). However, I was now on vacation and my transactions weren't declined, when I checked the balance it showed me I still have some available funds so I used them. When I got home, I saw that I have -19$ as apparently some transactions were charged later and it didn't appear on the available balance.
Will I have to pay any fee for that? How much will it be?
I'm really worried now as I specifically blocked the overdraft option as I did not want to pay any additional costs and there was no way I could know the transaction would go on minus since it showed my I still have available funds.
I would appreciate your answer.
