Thank you for coming to us on TD Helps, Mike! We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Great news, as neither TD Bank nor Visa charges any foreign transaction fees when you use your TD Bank Visa Debit card! We invite you to review page 45 of our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for more information about international ATM Card or Visa Debit card transactions and the exchange rate for purchases.
We do encourage contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 prior making this purchase, so we may notate your debit card to avoid any interruption.
If you should have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at the same number listed above or you can stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you're referring to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please note that fees for foreign purchases may apply. We encourage you to review a general copy of the Personal Credit Card Agreement at http://bit.ly/1klVfbF. The Interest Rate and Fee Schedule can be found on Page 12, and information on the Exchange Rate at Page 2. You may also wish to contact TD Card Services directly at 888-561-8861 to request a copy of your specific agreement or discuss your card directly.
We hope this helps and have a great day, Mike!
