I am a social worker from Everas community services and would like to know if statements are always posted every three months or if they can be posted monthly. Also if they can be posted monthly how do we change this? Our clients have strict deadlines for documentation and sometimes statements are required. Thank you

Welcome to TD Helps today, Allison.
We would like to inform you that you are more than welcome to change your scheduled statement cycle date.
If you'd like to change your statement cycle date, a convenient way to go about it is to call our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. Another option would be sending us a secure message requesting your statement cycle date to be changed. In order to send a secure message, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start this process, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please understand that you'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send us a secure message by selecting "Send a Secure Message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath the "Message Center."
You may also visit any TD Bank Store, if you'd prefer to do this in person. For a listing of TD Banks, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd like to let you know that since statements aren't printed daily and the new statement cycle date may not be the same each month, it will be within three days of the date you request. Also, the new statement date will take one full statement cycle to be effective.
Hope to see you again soon, Allison!
