Borrowing & Managing Your Credit

Great question, Harold!
We're so glad to hear that you're taking advantage of your VantageScore via our site and we'd be glad to discuss this with you.
First, your VantageScore is updated as your credit score updates, which is typically every 30 to 60 days. The totals you're viewing are current as of the last time your lenders reported this information to the credit bureaus, and allowing time for this new information to be displayed. Recent payments may not show on your report profile right away because most lenders report this information once a month.
Please also keep in mind that to get monthly score updates via TD CreditView, you must log in to this service every month. Information may not be available in your score history for months in which you did not access the service.
If you find that you have any questions about the information on your credit report or the score, we would recommend reaching out to any or all of the major credit bureaus within the US. You can find their contact information and other tips you might like to have on this page: http://1.usa.gov/1FmSzuM. If you have questions about our CreditView service in particular, feel free to reach our Tech Support Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this clears up any confusion here, Harold.
Please feel free to write back with your questions and have a wonderful Sunday afternoon!
