In order for you to be the primary owner of one of our deposit accounts, you would need to be at least 18 years of age. If you're under the age of 18 and would like to open an account with us, you may have an adult accompany you during the account opening process at any TD Bank during lobby hours to open a custodial account. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include; School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US birth certificate or Social Security Card.
