Thank you for approaching TD Helps with your question, Manjoi.
In order to open an individual Checking account with TD Bank, you must be at least 18 years of age. As you mentioned that you are under the age of 18, we do ask that an adult accompanies you at one of our nearby TD Bank Stores to open a joint Checking account. You also mentioned you are interested in opening a TD Student Checking account, we invite you please visit here; http://bit.ly/S8Vejp for all the info you may want to know about this product type. Please kindly keep in mind that both of you and your parent or guardian will need to provide a valid form of identification such as Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc. and Social Security number.
