We're glad you got in touch with us if you need checks quickly – we have some options for you.
First, since you may not know, if you visit us at any TD Bank Store near you, we can provide you with a few temporary checks you`ll be able to use for your account. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your nearest location and stop by whenever it`s convenient for you. Kindly note that these are not preprinted with your name and address or account information as standard checks would be.
If you prefer to place an order of checks, you're more than welcome to do so. We offer several types of expedited shipping, including one-day and two-day, that you can take advantage of when completing your order if you prefer.
If you use Online Banking with us and you'd like to place an order online, you can order them right after logging in to your TD Bank Online account. Please use these steps:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks'' and follow the prompts.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to enroll for your personal accounts, please feel free to use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, Social Security number and your email address, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once this is complete, continue with the steps listed above to place your order.
You're also welcome to give us a call if you`d like a Representative to assist you with the order. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we`ll be glad to assist at that time.
In addition, you always have the option to order your checks at any TD Bank location during lobby hours, and this can be completed if you stop in to get some temporary checks.
If you might be in need of a check to begin your direct deposit, you'll be glad to know that we have a form you can use instead of a voided check. Please find our Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form should be able to be presented to your employer so you can get started.
Or, if you happen to need to make a payment, you can visit us at any TD Bank Store to purchase a Money Order or an Official Check, depending on your needs. There may be fees for these items depending on the type of account you have, and you can take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more info.
Also, feel free to use our free Bill Pay option, available via your Online Banking account, to make a payment. Kindly note that depending on whom you are paying, the funds may be sent electronically or via paper check and this is determined by your payee. We invite you to take a look at our Bill Pay FAQs by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7. To begin using Bill Pay, once you're logged in online please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! Once your check order has been placed, you should expect to receive your checks via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note; delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you have not received your check order within the time frame provided, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 and we will be more than happy to help look into this further.
