I'm concerned about transfering money from TD Bank to the international account. Could you help me with that issue, please?

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending your question this way, Bartlomiej.
In order to initiate an outgoing international wire transfer, you will need to visit a TD Store. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name and address of the receiving bank, as well as their SWIFT/BIC code. You will also need the name on the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number. Please review additional information on sending international wires at http://bit.ly/1oowsYN.
We utilize the services of correspondent and/or intermediary banks to transfer funds to banks overseas. These banks might charge a fee for their services, and the correspondent and/or intermediary bank might deduct these fees from the wire transfer amount. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. For more information on fees for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Thanks again for your visit today, Bartlomiej. Have a great day!
