If this is a new TD Credit Card, typically, your new account should automatically be added alongside your other account(s) after 24 business hours. If the account has not been added after this time period or if you'd like to request to have it added online sooner, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Another option would be for you to visit your nearest TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. Please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank Store close by.
Since you've mentioned that you're already enrolled in Online Banking, you may send us a secure message requesting to add your TD Credit Card to your current Online Banking account. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include your full Credit Card number in your message so our Specialists know which Credit Card to add to your online account.
Keep in mind that you may also enroll your Credit Card in its own online banking profile here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You will need your full card number to complete the enrollment and if you have any trouble doing so, please contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 for help from our Credit Card Specialists.
