Welcome to TD Helps, Yulisa. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
You may address your concern if the transaction is still a pending transaction by contacting us directly at 888-751-9000 and speaking to our 24/7 Customer Service Representatives, or by visiting your local TD Store. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Another option you have is sending a secured message through Online Banking. If you have already enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a secure message to request this information. If you're not currently enrolled, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number Social Security number and email address available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact us using the number listed above.
After logging onto your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand side under the "Message Center." You may choose General Account Inquiry as the subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing your concern to one of our Specialists, you may click on "Send." Please note, you should expect to receive a response within 24 hours.
If the pending payment is made via your TD Debit Card, we recommend contacting the merchant directly to request a stop or cancellation.
Keep in mind that certain ACH debits are ineligible to be stopped and your Customer Service Representative would be happy to review this with you. Stop Payments are easy to request for your account. To add a Stop Payment, you can contact us 24/7 by dialing the number above. Our Customer Service Representatives can place a Stop Payment for the business you provide them rather than the amount. You can also stop by your TD Store where a Representative would be happy to assist you as well.
We hope this helps, Yulisa and have a good night.
