This morning in an attempt to transfer $700 into my checking account it actually transferred in only $400. If I could cancel that transfer and transfer in the correct amount that would be amazing!

Hey Carisa, thanks for making a stop at TD Helps.
From your inquiry, it sounds like you made a transfer to your TD Checking account via your Online Banking. If so, we do apologize for the inconvenience, however; we would not have the ability to cancel an online transfer if this was made effective immediately.
You have the option of initiating another transfer for the difference of the actual amount you were looking to make. There are several ways available to initiate a transfer between your TD accounts, please see below for information:
- You can make this transfer via your TD Online Banking at www.tdbank.com or your TD Mobile App.
- You can call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. You can dial your information, account number or TD Debit/ATM Card, to use our IVR system or hit "0" to speak with a Banking Specialist who, after account verification, would be happy to help.
- You can visit at any TD ATM to initiate this transfer. Please note, your accounts must be linked to the same TD Debit Card.
- You can visit any TD Store for assistance in making this transfer. For help locating a TD Store or TD ATM, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Carisa. Please let us know if you have any other banking questions.
