If you are looking to change your address for your personal accounts, you're welcome to request for your address to be updated by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also send a request via your Online Banking, the following link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq will bring you to our TD Bank login page. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number, E-Mail address available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact us at the number listed above. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address."
Another option you have is to mail in your request. Our mailing address for a change of address request is: TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215. Please make sure to include your signature along with your request.
If you have a TD Business Account and there is more than one signer, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store. If you are the only signer, in addition to visiting us, you may also us a secured message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above.
If this is pertaining to a TD Credit card, updating your address can be done by calling our TD Card Services Specialists at 888-561-8861. They can assist in changing your address for your credit card.
To change your address for a Personal Loan, you may speak with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020. Please call 800-328-2119 to change your address for an Unsecured Line of Credit and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC).
Please note your change of address requests can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
