It sounds like you just opened an account with us – if so, welcome and thank you for choosing TD!
If you'd like to reset your Online Banking password, we have a few options for you based on what's happening with your account right now.
If you currently know your password and you're able to log into your personal TD Bank Online Banking account, you can reset this information after you sign in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. You're looking for the second link; please click on Change Password to complete an update.
If you're unsure of your password, don't worry as we still have plenty of options for you. If you remember your User Name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password. Please note that either of the updates above must be completed via our full website rather than the TD Mobile app.
