Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question.
If you currently know both your username and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com . In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change Username” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
If you remember your Online Banking user name but have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by selecting the "Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field on the Log In page at www.tdbank.com or by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you select the Trouble Logging In” link", you will be taken to the "Reset Your Password" page. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you cannot remember your username, experience difficulties while using the Self-Service feature, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gaining online access back in no time. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're having trouble with your TD Business Direct account, we ask that you contact us 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 option 2 for help.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Credit Card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Go Card, please call us 24/7 at 855-219-8050.

Thanks. Very clear directions! Appreciate that. I need to change my password as my email has been "hacked" into. I have also discovered a debit card use that we did not authorize. Oh, boy. I already sent a message about that and will call my local bank tomorrow. Thanks, again.
