Today I signed up for TD convenience checking account, as a non-US resident. I received a debit card and access to internet banking.
At the local TD office, I've set up a temporary PIN for the card(well, I've been told it is temporary). After looking around on my online account, I cannot seem to find a place where to reset this PIN.
Is this something I can change online through my account or should I visit a local office?

Thank you for asking your question here on TD Helps, Edgar and welcome to the TD Family.
We apologize for the confusion! Once your Debit Card PIN is set up, you're all set. You can use your current pin to make balance inquiries and make transactions.
If you'd like to change your PIN, we have a few ways you can do so. If you know your current PIN and would like to change it, you can do one of the following:
- When visiting any TD Bank ATM you can insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
You can call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and our Representatives will be happy to assist you change your PIN via an automated system after they verify your account information. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours to change your PIN. For Store locations and hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Edgar and have a good day.
