Hello Jeffrey! Thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps. We offer several options for checking on your account activity.
First, you're welcome to use our automated line at 800-937-2000. You will be able to review all account information for the past 60 days, or search by exact amount, range of amounts, date, or check number. If you prefer to speak with a Representative, please call 888-751-9000 24/7. After proper account verification we'll be happy to go over any account details you need.
We also offer online banking. If you already have online access for your personal accounts, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or use http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 if you're a TD BusinessDirect user for your business accounts.
If you're not already enrolled, please click here to start the enrollment process for TD Bank Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. This link will take you directly to the “Online Banking Sign Up” page. Please choose Personal from the drop down box. Once you’re there, please complete steps 1 through 3. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank AMT/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your email address. Once you’ve completed the application, you should have immediate access to your account(s)!
If you do not have the required information to set up for Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a dedicated Banking Specialist. After account verification, we will be happy to help get you set up.
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
If you do not have a TD Debit Card for your business, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for both your personal and business Online Banking set up. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You're also welcome at any of our Stores to check in on recent deposits to your account.
We hope the information provided helps, Jeffrey. Please stop by TD Helps anytime - we are always happy to hear from you!
