We made application for a home equity line of credit in January, 2015 and haven't heard any status update. Please let us know who to contact in regards to this loan,

There are several options we can offer to help you determine the status of your Home Equity Loan Application. You can call us directly at 1-800-937-5020. Our Financial Solutions Specialists are available 24/7 and would be happy to assist you with the status. When you call, please press 1 for Home Equity Loan, then press 1 again for the decision on your application. Also, when calling in, you will need your Social Security number along with your date of birth.
