please tell me steps to choose recipient in "send money" the reciepant is already registered

Hi Randi! We'd be happy to help.
If you haven't done so already, you'll also need to be enrolled in Send Money. It can easily be done through your online or mobile banking. To begin, log in by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the 'Send Money' tab and ensure the email address shown is correct. You'll then need to accept the Terms and Conditions. If you sign up for this service with your mobile number, select text or call to receive a verification code. If you sign up using your email we'll send you a verification code by email. Be sure you have mobile notifications enabled for TD Bank. If you sign up with your email and don't receive the verification code, please check your e-mail spam folder. You'll then need to enter the code to verify your email address or mobile number. We'll show your accounts that are eligible for Instant Transfer. Just choose the one you wish to use.
If you choose to set up this service from the mobile app, select 'Send Money' from the quick links or transfer screen and continue with the same instructions above.
Once enrolled and verified, log into online or mobile banking and select 'Send Money'. Now choose the 'Send'option. From here, click 'Add New Contact'. You'll need to add your new contact using their phone number, email address, or account number. We recommend confirming with your recipient whether they enrolled with their email address or phone number to ensure there's no delay in them receiving the funds. Once you've added your contact you can continue with sending them money. If they're already enrolled, they'll receive notification by text or email (depending on how they enrolled) notifying them of the transfer and should have the funds right away!
