How to close a Student checking account (was opened in 2010, and the last usage was in 2010. No money on this account now) if I live in another country now? I don't have social security number and card, only the number of the account.

Once our Specialists verify your account information, they can close your account. If you're enrolled in online banking, you can send us a secure message requesting your account to be closed a well. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 72 hours for the account to close.
