Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, George.
We invite you to give one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialists a call. For your convenience, they are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and can review your account in more detail for you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
You're also welcome to send us a Secured Message for assistance using your TD Bank Online account. To do so, please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a dedicated Representative will respond shortly.
If the account you mention is closed with a balance owed to us, you may either visit a TD Bank Store or speak with our Recovery Department to settle it. To speak to our Recovery Department directly you may call 800-354-9769 between the hours of 8am-9pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8am-5pm, and we can certainly review your payment options then. Although you are unable to visit a TD Bank location at this moment, you may check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you for the next time you visit.
Hope this helps and have a great weekend, George.
