I am in CA and I have a large customer in NY... I send her a weekly check for her business that she processes through our business... The checks get mailed to a P.O. Box that isn't checked regularly... Is there a way to direct deposit her checks from us for her...?

Depending on who has the TD account, you or your NY customer, the options may vary. For instance, if you have a TD Business account and are looking to send money to your customer who is not a TD account holder, you may set up an ACH. To do so, you would first need to be enrolled in BusinessDirect. If you have not enrolled and have a business ATM/Visa Debit Card, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you enroll for BusinessDirect, you will receive a confirmation email with both your User ID and Password within 2 business days. Once you are logged in, to use the ACH feature, you will need to enroll for that service. Please select the ACH tab and then select "Enroll Today." BusinessDirect will then require you to answer 3 questions in regards to ACH payments. Once completed and after you select "next," a message will appear; letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days.
Another option to send payments from your BusinessDirect account is setting up a Wire Transfer. Wire Transfers can be accessed through the "Wires" tab. The enrollment for wire services is very similar to that of the ACH enrollment. By selecting the Wires tab you will have to answer 3 questions similar to that of the ACH enrollment. You will also receive a similar confirmation telephone call.

If you are not a TD Customer and you're sending funds from a different financial institution to TD Bank, we would like to confirm the P.O. Box that it is being used. To ensure there are no delays in the deposit being credited to our Customer's account, please make sure you are using:

Please note, this P.O. Box is picked up daily and Customer transactions are posted that day. We'd also like to share a few tips with you that could help before mailing your deposit.
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
Additionally, if the TD account holder uses Personal Online Banking on www.tdbank.com, they will have the option to request funds from someone else by using our new feature called "Person-to-Person Payments." Check out: http://bit.ly/1cz3aim for all of the details.
To use this feature, once they are logged in, they may click on the "Person-to-Person Payment" tab to send or request money. To sign up, they will be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm their email address and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for them. Next we will ask them to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Please note that Person-to-Person payments can be sent or received within the United States only.
To request payment, they will then need to select the Request Money tab and then they'll be asked to add a contact to request money from. They'll then need to fill in their first and last name as well as their email address or mobile phone number.
