Hi, i have a concern about my debit card. I purchased online last nov 2015. But the thing was the site isn't real and i wasnt aware of it. And i kept emailng them till now, the last time they email me was a month ago and they told me theyll do refund but till now i haven't receive it. I get so worried cause i cant contact them, and i found out that i can actually dispute that charge from my account?
