I put a down payment on a property and the deal died. The money is being released from escrow and I would like to have it electronically transferred into my checking account. I need the instructions to provide to the broker so I can get my money returned. I do not bank on line, and do not want to. Please advise if this can be done, and the instructions for doing so. Thank you.
