Welcome to TD Helps, John!
It sounds as though you're attempting to retrieve the PIN for your TD Bank Credit Card, and if this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
Here at TD Bank, when you initially receive your credit card in the mail, you should also receive another notice that include your PIN, generally about 4-5 days after you have received your card. These notices are typically mailed in white, discreet envelopes for the security of your account.
If you believe that you did not receive your PIN in the mail, that's okay, as you're able to simply reset it by dialing our automated system at 888-561-8861. Once you call, select option one (1), and then enter in your 16 digit card number. You will then be prompted to confirm the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number, as well as your date of birth. You will next want to select option number 7 to reset your PIN, followed by the three (3) digit CVV code on the back of your card. After doing so, you'll be able to select your new four (4) digit PIN!

Using the same number above, you may connect with one of our Credit Card Specialist, 24/7, and they'll be happy to have a PIN reminder sent to your address, or if you'd prefer to request a PIN reminder online, you also have this option.
To request a new PIN online, you'll want to log into TD Card Services, which you can access by clicking here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. If you haven’t yet enrolled, don't worry, as you can get started by clicking here: http://bit.ly/28IBsq6.
Once you've successfully logged in, you can locate the menu bar towards the far left hand side of your screen. Select 'Services.' From here, under the 'Make An Account Request' section, locate the hyperlink that reads 'Resend PIN.' You will be required to enter in the CVV code found on the back of your card, and after doing so, will be asked to confirm your address. If you address is correct, simply click 'Submit', and your PIN reminder will be mailed directly to you!
