I need a printable document that shows the available balance to get a visa for traveling. I tried to set up an online banking account but there were some issues and it wouldn't let me do it. Please, let me know how can I do it.

You can sign in to Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and print your statement information.
To view and print your statements, you may follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements for.
3. Click on the Statements & Notices tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.

In addition, you can send a secure message to request statements. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
