If you have forgotten your ATM PIN and need to reset it, you can do one of the following:
You may visit us at any TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
You can call our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail can take up to 7-10 business days to receive.
Lastly, you may also send us a secure message to request a PIN reminder, if you are currently enrolled for Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).To send a secure message, please look to the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
