Among my TD accounts are two companies, Juniata Design Inc., and Bannerly Inc. I would like for bill pay to recognize these companies so when paying a bill to them, the payment is done quickly electronically rather than by mail. How can this be done?

Good afternoon, Stephen! We appreciate your question to TD Helps today.
When using TD Bank Bill Pay, please note that Bill Payments can be issued electronically or as a draft check, and actual processing is determined by the Biller.
We always prefer to send the payment out electronically; however, if your Biller is not set up to receive electronic transmittals from financial institutions we process a paper check and provide the payment that way. Additionally, there are other times when the payments are sent in the form of a check. For example, if any of the Biller information does not match, it may be sent as a check. Also, depending on the Biller, some merchants set limits for electronic transactions. If the amount you're sending exceeds this predetermined limit, the payment can also be sent as a paper check.
