Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Tareena. We'd be glad to help.
If you do not have your Debit Card with you, you are able to visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. To find a TD Store location near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Upon your visit, be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. Our Representatives will be glad to help with your Debit Card.
If you find that you've misplaced your Debit Card, we recommend contacting us immediately so we may close your Card. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to close your current Debit Card and reissue a new one.
You are also able to send us a secure message by logging in to Online Banking. You are able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center. Please allow up to 24 hours for response time, and we would then confirm that a Debit Card order can be processed.
If you need to enroll for Online Banking, we ask that you contact us by dialing the number listed above or visit any TD Store during lobby hours.
Keep in mind that we do not provide account numbers or Debit Card numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
Please know that Debit Cards ordered over the phone or via secure message will be sent to the address we have on file for you and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
We hope this helps, Tareena and have a good day.
