Good evening, Dexter,
Great to hear that you'd like to take advantage of our mobile banking features!
To begin using our Mobile App, you'll just want to be signed up for our Online Banking services first. If you are, you can start using this right away by downloading our mobile app at this link: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt, where you can input your mobile phone number for a text message. Your user name and password are the same for the app as for your online banking account.
You'll be glad to know that once you download our app, if your account has been open for 90 days or more and you have an eligible iPhone or Android device, you can also benefit from our mobile deposit feature. Feel free to see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
In case you're not banking online with us yet, this is an easy fix. With your TD Bank ATM/Debit card, account number and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
In case you don't have some of this info handy or need assistance with our online banking or mobile features, please contact a Tech Support Specialist at 800-493-7562 who can troubleshoot with you by phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our Stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for writing in, Dexter.
Hope you have a great night!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
