well I accidently made a payment to Comcast from my checking account. I told Comcast to cancel it. They told to let the bank know that they should cancel it. How do I do that?

Good morning, Raphael, and thanks for bringing your concerns to TD Helps today.
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Generally speaking, when a payment is made with a merchant and the payment has already been debited from your account to be processed, TD Bank will be unable to cancel this payment, and a credit will need to be issued by the merchant, in this case, Comcast. To determine if we are able to assist you with your Comcast payment, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us so that we may review your account with you directly.
To reach a Banking Specialists, you're first able to dial 1-888-751-9000, as our Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you're unable to call, we understand, and would like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location. Our Customer Service Representatives are always happy to assist during lobby hours, and if you'd like, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location.
We apologize that we're unable to better assist you today; however, please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to access your account or personal information, but we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks again for stopping by, Raphael.
Have a good weekend.
