I opened up a checking account on 5/19/2017. And, I signed up for online banking. Will an email be sent to me to sign on?

It's great to hear that you've recently joined the TD Family, LaVerne! Welcome! We'd be glad to help you sign up for online access.
You are able to enroll in Online Banking by visiting our web page! You are able to start the process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. After following the link, you will need to specify if your account is Personal or Business in order to continue to the next page. You will then be directed to a three step process to enroll.
The first step lists all the information you'll need such as your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address. You will also need to accept the Online Banking Agreement. To continue from this page, you will need to select the check box next to the heading 'By clicking the check box you' followed by 'Accept'.
Step two is your personal information. You will need to enter the information in each field as well as create a user name and password. There are tips listed on this page to help you create secure log in information.
The third and final step is the creation of security questions. You will be asked to create at least three questions and submit your answers. Keep in mind that these answers are case sensitive.
