Hello, I would like to transfer money from my checking account to a passbook savings account online. I do not see the passbook account listed when I am doing an internal transfer.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Susie. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction. At TD Bank, though you may be able to view your passbook account via Online Banking, you are only able to transfer from them by visiting a TD Store as the passbook will need to be stamped. For TD Store locations and their hours please visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. If you’d like to begin transferring funds from a Savings account online, we'd invite you to take a look at our Statement Savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/1hzzhPT. You may find it helpful to also check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: https://go.td.com/1hXi2wF. Once you've decided on an account, you can open it online, over the telephone, or at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. To open the account online, click on the "Open Account" button below the account you choose, and fill in the required fields. You may open an account via telephone, 24/7, by calling our Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists will be happy to help. Regardless of how you decide to open your account, be sure to have handy a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number handy. We hope this helped, Susie. Enjoy the rest of your day, and have a great weekend.
