If you currently have a debit card that is already attached to a checking account, to link that same card to your savings account we ask that you either give us a call at 888-751-9000 to speak to a Specialist, available 24/7, stop by a nearby TD Bank location or send us a secured message via online banking. If you do not have a checking account, you may have an ATM only card attached to your savings account. The only account types that do not allow ATM or debit cards are passbook savings and club accounts.
To send a secured message you must have access to your account on tdbank.com. If you’re not already enrolled you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll online you will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. Once you’re signed in, please click on the Customer Service tab and then “Send a Message.”

Please note: when the debit card is linked to your savings account, it can be used as an ATM card against that account. All debit card purchases will be taken out of your checking account.
