If your savings account or checking account is a new account with us, John, please note that these accounts will generally become available to view online within 1-2 business days after opening.
If you're not able to view your account and this time frame has passed, or if the account has been open for some time, don’t worry! We can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. Please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7, so that we can add the account to your online view. We can be reached at 888-751-9000. We should be able to do this as long as you're listed as the account owner or custodian.
