Thanks for your question, Shirley. We'd be glad to help you cancel a recurring transfer.
If you created the recurring transfer using Online Banking, you would first need to sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. After you sign in, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Transfer tab at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the Scheduled Transfers tab.
3. Click on Edit, which is blue and underlined next to the transfer you wish to cancel.
4. Select Cancel this series.
5. Click Submit.
Please know that if you initiated this transfer with a Banking Specialist, the recurring transfer may not be displayed here. In this instance, you are able to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Store or send a secure message to revoke or update this transfer.
Check out TD Stores and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
If you choose to send a message, be sure to include the account details such as the dates and amounts of the transfer you're trying to cancel.
We hope this helps, Shirley! Take care.
