Welcome to TD Helps, Susan! We'd be glad to discuss your travel plans.
We'd like to share that as of June 30th, 2019 TD Bank removed the Travel Notification requirement for TD debit, credit, and ATM cards in the US. This change will make it easier for us to keep your information and account secure no matter where you are in the world.
While away, we will continue to protect your accounts by reviewing and blocking suspicious or unauthorized transactions. Because of this, we recommend that your contact information is up to date in case we need to contact you regarding your card.
If you need to update your information you're able to do so by calling 888-751-9000, visiting a TD Store or completing the process online. You can take a look at TD Stores near you here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
You're able to update your contact information online by completing the steps below:
Log into your TD Bank Online Banking here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO
Select the Account tab
Select "Update personal settings" toward the bottom of the page.
Select the pencil in the right hand corner of the page to update the desired information.
Save your changes.
If you're not currently enrolled in online access, you're able to sign up here: https://go.td.com/2FHYCjh.
We also invite you to check out our travel tips here: https://go.td.com/2NZRYZ7 for more details you might find handy while away.
We hope these details help, Susan. Have a great trip!
